This was the first bridgesii I found. I purchased it from the San Francisco Botanical Garden in 2001. Tends to start out with very short spines, with the longer ones coming in later on older growth.

I bought a bunch of these seed grown T. bridgesii from Sacred Succulents around 2001. Lot's of variation depending on the growing conditions - some are more green, others more blue.

Referred to as Lumberjackius, Lumberjackus, or just Lumberjack, these are beautiful plants with great color. I got my plants around 2003 straight from the guy who found them unlabeled at a Lumberjack hardware store near Sacramento, CA and came up with the fake latin name "Lumberjackius."
